Muzaffarpur has got yet another chance to be selected for the smart city. The lines for the voting has been increased till 10th of March. so, in this way muzaffarpur has got yet another chance for 18 days. Actually Muzaffarpur has stood first in the voting in the Region that’s why Muzaffarpur has got this opportunity.
Till on 20th Feb , almost 53 thousand voting has been done and according to the new voting guidelines, it may be increased to one lakh. The consultant company Ecorise told Muzaffarpurcity.com that by the Ministry of Central Urban development , the date has been further extended and new link will be active from 22nd feb i.e wednesday. Mainly Muzaffarpur Munincipal cooperation is handling the task for voting and the competition has increased since Bihar Sharif and Patna has also got the extended that.
Other than that DDC of Muzaffarpur concluded a meeting with the members of Smart City and sumup to have plans taking concern with Authorities of the District. Final Proposal will be declared till 15th of March.
Under Smart City Mission, Municipal Corporation of Muzaffarpur invites citizens to participate in Smart City Design Competition. The design competition includes two tasks:
1. Sikandarpur Mann Area Design
2. Smart Street Design

Terms & Conditions:
1. The submissions are to be uploaded on MyGov portal.
2. Last date of submission – 10th of March, 2017.
3. The decision of Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation (MMC) for selecting the winner shall be treated as final. No plagiarism will be allowed.
4. MMC reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the competition and/or the terms/condition without notice.
5. The contents of the winning entries shall be property of the MMC and they shall have rights to use it.
The winning entry will be selected by Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation and will form part of Smart City Proposal to be submitted to Government. All the participants must clearly mention following details along with their submission:

3. Age
4. Contact number
