BJP block committee member and his nephew were killed on Friday in a land dispute in Aurai in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar. The incident took place in a dispute over two dismal land at Usti Basi in Nayagaon. People agitated by the death of BJP leader cum private school operators Birendra Gandhi and Rajkumar Sah, created a ruckus in SKMCH. Both were brought here for treatment.
She was confronted by people from other parties who had gone for treatment at SKMCH. The people of the accused party were run and beaten. An ambulance was vandalized. Police on the spot arrested an accused from the other side. During this time other people from the other side fled from there. The incident caused panic in the SKMCH campus.
SSP Jayantkant said that two people were killed in a land dispute. The investigation is being
carried out under the leadership of DSP Eastern. The accused are absconding leaving the house.
One has been detained by the police from SKMCH. A statement could not be made in the case yet.
In Usti Basi, many people were injured on both sides in the violent clash over the construction
of the building. The BJP leader's wife Anita is the BJP Panchayat President. He is also injured
in the clash.
