    Suject: Non functioning of Telephone No. 2219832 & refernce to Bsnl circular Ad,in compliance to TRAI Regulation2007(3 of 2007 implmentation)
    Sir,
    With great distress and anguish I have to say that :
     My phone No. 2219832 is regularly developing snag since last 3 months.
     I have noticed it is due to short circuit & occurs between 8 PM to 9 PM.
     On complaint in the office of SDO Phones, it takes about 15 to 20 days to rectify the snag,& this also on several pursuation.
     Last happenings on 20.05.12,line stored on 12.06.12 again snag on 20.06.12,complaint to SDO phones on 21.06.12.
     Yet no step has been taken.
     Land line so vital service, not getting proper attention, shows lack of co-ordination and accountability.
     In light of TRAI regulation2007( Ad. Published in Newspaper on 05.09.07 ), I made call to SDO,phones regading my complaint but actually phone is never responded.
     My request is to get thorough check up of connecection with 98 to detect the problem of regular short circuiting & that is in fixed time & period.
     I am myself heart patient and can’t take much exertion & land line is Emergncy Sevice for me.
     Your kind attention is desired to ameliorate this plight for ever.
     More over I have deeprooted relation with BSNL as my father was Chief Accounts Officer , Telecom. Dept and myself was Medical Officr I/C, Post & TelegrphhDispensary, Gaya, from 1975 to 1978.
     Such response from BSNL hurts me.
