    I want to pay bill online but my bill is not displaying after filling A/C no or consumer ID. My consumer no is PHSEC-CS-A and consumer ID is BEG/14720/PH/NDS2/1026

    https://www.northbiharbills.org doesn’t send its identity over Mozilla. There is break in identity certificate path.
    So is it a secure & encrypted site.

    Sir,
    I have complaint about my wrong bill, my complaint no. is ‘CB/16/11/13/355’. You have sended bill without meter reading. My consumer no. is MU08809. My uses are not more than 70 units then how can you charged? Please revert me back.

    Sir my consumer no is 106000028218 , my bills has been switched over to http://cpmuzaffarpur.esselutilities.com
    .I have paid my Nov2013 bills online over essels in Jan2014 due on 5Jan2014. But it is stil showing as due. Fix this problem.

    when I go for payment on line. my bill is viewing, as and when I goes to pay on line the comment is ” no data found”. may pl short out my problem. being I live another city. My old parents residing there and they cannot pay bill through counter.
