This Essel website is not functioning properly. Difficult for consumer. Fix it at the earliest
No one to look after the problems of consumers. No detaled bills, No bill history, No payment history. Yes one good thing Outstanding Balace imposed by essel group with promoting only Axis Bank ATM payment option. What Govt is doing. they have put us on mercy of essel group. Lagta hai essel ke “ACHHEY DIN AA GAYE”. Kindly fix the problems dont wait to levy ” LATE PENALATY’
From last four months ESSEL website is not functioning and I am unable to pay electric bill online. That’s why unable to pay electric bill from last four months. Kindly resolve the problems/errors in the website at the earliest.

The website is not functional for past three months. This is causing problems but no one is responsible for rectification. This is poor service. the website needs to be fixed and operational at earliest possibility.
We are getting electric bill very late & not updated. you people are sending approximate amount of bill,which actual bill is less. In the month of August myself deposited Rs. 1088 on 25/8/15. that paid amount is not showed in my bill. And paid amount again taken in next bill like back urja charge. So We custommer found now too much irregularties in billing system. Now internet bill payment also not available. So look into my complain. Customer ID 104000091300

Sir my area transfermer capicity too low and small 16kv plz chek and replace 63kv trasfrmer as soon as posible.
respected sir/madam a new connection no 3837150206 was issued on 09.06.2016 and connected with on 13.06’2016 in named sangeeta devi. which current bill is showing rs.1173. when metre shows 054 units only how it occurs so huge amount. I could not received any paper bill.only message was forwarded by sms on last due date. please check again metre reading and rectify the bill amount.Thanking you.
