Apply online for caste, income and residential certificate at RPTS

Under the scheme of RPTS, now you can obtain differnent types of important form online, like Caste, Income and Residential certificate. Now you can online from your home, or office, Nodal executive of RPTS said that the online facility will start from 01/12/2011 from 10 AM at the official cite of RPTS.

1. first you have to go to RPTS website. (Find link Below)

2. on Right side you fill apply online.

3. you have to register your Mobile No.

4. You have to Verify your Mobile No.

5. Now, Performa for online Application of RPTS for the Service of caste, income and residential certificate will open.

6. Just fill up the caste, income and residential certificate form.

7. Now you will get Application ID> Note it Down.

8. Now obtain your form from related Block officer Signed. (you have to Show your Photo and Name ID.)

Right to Public Service Muzaffarpur

RTPS is short form of Right to Public Service, Public Service mainly concern with list of Services which are directly related to Public. Every Block must have at least one RTPS Counter to ease the public for its work. But in Muzaffarpur it is 10Km away from the main city in Block office. This is very hardship for the people to take that. well, correspondence going on to have one office in District Headquarter near Nagar Nigam office.

Update on 3rd June 2021 : RPTS Counter will be in Nagar Nigam Area, Government has given approval for the same. Its a good news for the resident of Muzaffarpur. Now they can avail service.

Update on 23rd Jan 2022 : RTPS Counter Room is getting decorated, computer procurement done and workers decided.
