    I have complaint about my wrong bill, my complaint no. is ‘CB/16/11/13/355’. You have sended bill without meter reading. My consumer no. is MU08809. My uses are not more than 70 units then how can you charged? Please revert me back.

    .I have paid my Nov2013 bills online over essels in Jan2014 due on 5Jan2014. But it is stil showing as due. Fix this problem.

  6. when I go for payment on line. my bill is viewing, as and when I goes to pay on line the comment is ” no data found”. may pl short out my problem. being I live another city. My old parents residing there and they cannot pay bill through counter.

  9. I all ready paid 173.00 2016-10-06 NB000946046 cus ID spr8302487 but next paid ammount 353.37 ruppes only. so plz clear that my bill imediatlly.

    I have complaint about my wrong bill, according to paytm electric bill, I send amount rs-2207, date- 14/11/2016 which order number is 2218870729, but next month 03/12/2016 that I found my bill Rs-4124.93. You have sended bill without meter reading. My consumer no. is MT69546 that in BPL. My uses are not more than this condition then how can you charged? Please revert me back.
