Hot and wacky: ‘Tarzan’ song from ‘Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi’

Everybody’s out to rag Kuku Mathur. So when the lad boozes he slips into the fantasy world of Tarzan in this song from Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi.

The movie stars Siddharth Gupta along with former Miss India Simran Kaur Mundi and Pallavi Batra . Siddharth plays the bumbling Kuku, who is bullied by everyone. He’s a nobody and a butt of jokes until he decides to give a spin to his life.

The song ‘Tarzan’ begins with Kuku downing a bottle of beer and floating into the fantasy land where he is Tarzan along with his friend. Needless to mention, the two scamper about in bare essentials made up of leaves. They also get cozy with hot wet babes.

First trailer: Ekta Kapoor’s fun film ‘Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi’

Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi! Yes that’s the title of Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming movie. Like the title, the movie promises to be a fun ride. Here is the first trailer.Set in North India, the film stars mostly newcomers. Former Miss India Simran Kaur Mundi and actor Siddharth Gupta are the lead actors. The trailer of the movie begins with a film shoot, and the audiences are introduced to Kuku Mathur, who is Itna bada jhandu…har jagah karwata hai apni jhand.

The cute, fun-loving boy is not taken seriously by anyone because of his name Kuku. He is also bin ma ka baccha. A certified loser, he takes charge of his life and opens a small street food joint. The girl who one used to find his name funny becomes his girlfriend. That’s how Kuku Mathur transforms himself from being nothing to something.

The trailer chronicles the ups and downs of the lead character, but what makes it really hilarious is its witty lines laced with typical north Indian humour. The movie can easily remind you of the flicks like Vicky DonorDelhi Belly and Fukrey — all set in Delhi.

Making small-budget movies is the latest trend in the industry, so no wonder Ekta Kapoor decided to put her money on this film that features no big stars at all. The Shaitaan fame director Bejoy Nambiar is also the co-producer of the movie which is directed by first-timer Aman Sachdeva.

Ekta Kapoor’s Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi will release on May 30. Watch the trailer here and share your thoughts?
